She stated that she wants to inspire other aspiring musicians by informing them that she was once a little girl from Isale Eko who aspired to be a star. ![]() Savage chose the title Once Upon a Time to reflect the pleasant aspects of her life. It was available on iTunes a day before it was released in stores. The album was released to the Nigerian public on July 3, 2013.
